I'm a beginning to get into the art of Jewelry Designing, and can't seem to find any where near me that sells the tools.

Are there any stores that would sell the tools? Such as Mandrels, Files, Dappers, Steel blocks and such?

Rio Grande is the largest most trusted source for jewelers tools, supplies, and raw materials. They have a massive catalogue that goes out once a year. Go get on the list to have one sent to you:

EBay is the way to go....you can often find lots that will contain most of the equipment that you need.
