There have been 6 successful manned missions that landed on the Moon. The first was obviously Apollo 11, which launched on July 16, 1969. The other successfull missions were Apollo 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17.

There was also the ill-fated Apollo 13 mission. An explosion on board led to the mission being aborted. The under-powered Lunar module on this mission actually made it to the Moon, travelled around the far side, and used the Moon's gravity to "slingshot" the module back towards the Earth.
