I has something like that happen to me except it was from a large inheritance, that I could only get if I gave them some info. So this lottery winning is probably a scam that just wants your personal info.

This is a scam.. I have received these emails a million times. The biggest give away is that if you did not enter that particular lottery then you can not be a winner. The old stand by is always true... if it sounds too good to be true it is.

Don't believe a word of it ! They are trying to get personal information from you : like your bank account number for example. They are also apt to ask you to send them money first for " handling charges" or something like that. And they could also infect your computer with a virus.
It's a SCAM and SPAM ! Send it to the trash-bin !

Delete the message. It is an attempt to obtain your bank/credit card details and then withdraw all your money from your account. Tell all your friends too.
