While most Broadway shows have open non-Equity calls, the odds of a 15 year old walking in off the street and being able to compete at that level are so astronomical as to be nil. (Not to say that kids aren't working on The Street; but they're few, almost always double-cast because of labor laws, and aren't really given a lot to do [shows such as "Billy Elliott" being a notable exception.)

The modern Broadway performer needs to be at least a triple threat -- acting, singing, and dancing at the highest level (not to mention special skills, such as being able to play an instrument -- and most teens (unfortunately) don't have those skills.

My best advice is to study acting, singing, and dancing as much as you can to reach that level.

you're gonna have to get into a local drama group and then get an agent, keep an eye out in the press for local auditions though
