My TOMTOM has been working perfectly for months. This mornign i plugged it into my pc and it won't recognise it through the USB.

What's gone wrong? Please help!

i had the same problem, it was the lead. Are you using the right one? i was using one for my phone so it didn't work. try a different one if you have one.

TOMTOM is still the bast sat nav - I have one built into my Jag but it dosent touch the tomtom.

There is a small reset button on the base of the unit, use a paperclip to reset it and it should be ok again, it has happened to be a couple of times and this always works for me.

tomtom is cheapcheap...

take it back to the store or call the 1-800 number that came with it

Use a map, does the same job without the risk of breaking down, and it doesn't answer back when you decide on an alternative route!

Reset it and/or pc? or try a different USB connection/lead.
