I was totally hooked on this show. It was well-written, had great actors and I loved the time period (the Depression). After Season Two, they decided not to renew it. The season ended with a cliffhanger that HBO didn't even bother to resolve. All they would have had to do is a simple 2 hour movie finale. I'm seriously considering canceling my HBO programming.

Any "Carnivale" fans out there??

I got rid of HBO and waitingfor Carnivale to come back in order to subscribe again....I was not aware that they cancelled the show....that is really stupid because I think it had a great following and I know some people were watching it on demand to get ready for the next season.......it was one of their best shows, I would renew for that but not for Sopranos or Big Love.....I did notice that it was taking longer to come on again, I know sometimes their shows take a year or so, but it has been like two years I think......oh well I think HBO is starting to really stink, they have lost a lot of good shows and Starz has better movie selections.....yeah go ahead and cancel you can always get shows and movies from Blockbuster or Netflix like I do.

ME ME ME!!!! Carnivale was the only show that I ever made time to watch every week ...I am so pissed at HBO. I agree with you that some kind of finale to wrap things up would make me feel better about it. Kind of. Not as much as another series, but I'm willing to take what I can get!

Me too!!!! I loved it , I was always amazed over and over again that there was actually a show on perfect for me and I was soooooooo mad!!!! I still watch Rome and Big Love though. They better not cancel those after season 2 also, or then I really will have no reason for the channel.
