Hell, nothing, I have two arms and legs with two eyes and one nose. A decent schlong to add to that.
If I really wanted to change something, Instead of saying "I wish I wish for a little belly"
I go and hit the gym and bust my gut. I take the proactive approch and only than you get more than decent results.
Also, I love my body, God made it to be the way it is because its that certain trait that will make you stand out from everyone else.
you can have abs and beat yourself up for something you are not and have a beer gut and be and love yourself. We are self conscience of our image and this whole thing about having this body to be happy is a farce. When your comfortable in your own skin, than your a happier guy(or gal) than the average joe.

My age. I would like my eyes fixed and my hair to come out of my head brown instead of gray.
I think I could use a face lift. If I had the money I would look into one. My cheeks kind of droop like my grandfathers did.
Aside from that I am happy with the way I look. I am kinda cute for an old fart. Accepting your tiny flaws is a part of the growing process.
I am not like most males. I am absolutely fabulous Down There !!

I would change my ugly big toe. I had a toenail permanently removed due to a bone spur. It looks really messed up now.

I got big earlobes. I'd switch them out for normal ones, among many other things but its a small start.

i would like to be taller. that or i would like more tattoos. but i can achieve the second one over time. the first one i was cursed with 5 two. yuck!
