When i did a Windows Vista Compatible test on my computer is told me Norton Internet Security 2007 was not yet compatible with Vista and to remove it before installing Vista. If you bought Norton from a shop the serial Number will be on the Certificate of Authenticity. Or if downloaded will be on an E-Mail Symantic sent to you when you purchased it. However I have removed and re-installed Norton several times on the same computer and it recognises the previous installation and does not ask for the Serial Number again. Try It!! Next time write it on the disk or in a safe places. Good Luck
