Ok, there's four different theme parks at Walt Disney World, so here's a list of the best thrill rides at each of them...
Disney's Animal Kingdom Park:
DINOSAUR
Expedition Everest: Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
Disney - MGM Studios:
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
Star Tours - The Ultimate Star Wars Thrill Ride (I don't care for this attraction too much, though)
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
EPCOT:
Mission: SPACE
Soarin'
Test Track
Magic Kingdom:
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain
There's a lot of other rides that are just as fun, but I wouldn't necessarily consider them "thrills." They can be thrilling, but not in a scary sort of way.
Hope I could help!

Well you wanted to know the best THRILL rides in Disney World? Your asking the right man.
Disney is not typically known for thrills (IOA has some real good thrill rides) but the number one thrill ride is Expedition Everest in the Animal Kingdom. It's a fairly new ride which is basically a rollercoaster built into a mountain. It's themed to an expedition that is crashed by a Giant Yeti.
Rockin Roller Coaster in MGM (otherwise known as Disney Studios) is my second favorite since it is a roller coaster that is set to Aerosmith music. I hear there are four different tracks and the music is synched to the attraction.
Tower of Terror in MGM is a third favorite. It has a similar feeling to Haunted Mansion but with a more grown up angle. It's spooky and it's a great ride that keeps changing with new programming introduced by Imagineering every couple of years or so.
Have fun and be safe!

I actually had to write a paper on Disney World, I included some of the rides as... Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, Dumbo (Classic... Not Thrill.) Same with Snow White, and Pooh, (that's just me. not for you maybe). But for thrill... As i said splash space mountain and thunder mountain rail road, Tower of Terror, Rockin Roller Coaster,Soarin! which is also.. called. umm..... some different name. but yeah. Mission space (orange track line). Expedition everest, that umm... tubing rafting one at animal kingdom. Test Track. (these rides are all between all the parks. they are not just for magic kingdom if you were wondering). Also, Try... That Dinosaur one in epcot, I cant remember it's name. Try also Indiana Jones ride! (I love that one!) Also the indy speedway one is sort of fun not that fast, but cool for younger/ early aged teenagers. I love Disney World, and Land. I've been there a lot, but I'm sure there are more rides also, but I love rides. These ones are really great.
BTW:! Universal studios is 30 minutes away from Disney World! It takes forever!!!! And DO go on misson space. THE ORANGE LINE the intense(er) one. It isnt that bad, but it does SORT of feel real. It will not really make you that sick if any if you can handle some (intense) rides. Universal, does have more intense and higher thrill rides, though. it wouold not dissapoint you. Go to the newer park though, that has the best ones. like spider man, hulk, the other park though has that, flume one (REally kewl!) and the Dueling dragons. IT IS THE BEST!

I would say for some of the parks. Magic kingdom would be Space mountain (the best ride ever there. steel no loop coaster) Big thunder mountain (mine train wooden roller coaster) And splash mountain (log flume down 5 stories and a big water splash at bottom) Mgm studios: Rockin Rollercoaster (launch coaster with loops and laser lighs and.... Donughts :p Tower of terror (high speed elevator that launches up and drops down very very fast. Epcot: I dont think there is a thrill there. Animal Kingdom: Adventure everest ( Wooden coaster that goes backwards and forwards through a mount everest scene and at the end a giant yeti pops out and makes you go backwards)

well since Disney World was originally built for "smaller" children and young adults, there aren't that many thrill rides. but i personally love a certain selection of rides that just really give it that "kick." Splash mountain, Dinosaur, Big Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, and their newer attraction of Expedition Everest. They are mostly all roller coasters except Dinosaur and Slash Mountain. They are all upbeat rides that I absolutely love!
