I was up for almost a full 24 hours yesterday and I felt absolutely hungover.
But in spiritual terms it was the only thing for me that I could hope for considering I spent about 2/3 of that time in a Surgical ICU waiting room.

No. I am very tired both mentally and spiritually.
Without drugs that is. With E I am on top of the world the day after and of course maybe a little strung out.
I gave that up though.

Yes i love it. Infact im a bugger when it comes to staying up all night. Ive done it so many times. Sometimes i just cant sleep but i like it.

depressed and really tired. Mental exhaustion is just as bad, if not worse than physical exhaustion.

I don't usually sleep until 4am, for me it was normal but sometimes I feel grouchy and grumpy.=]
