It's spelt 'Holocaust' my dear.

Anyway, here's some stats on who was killed (most people forget that not only Jews were killed in the Holocaust):

An estimated 5 to 6 million Jews, including 3 million Polish Jews

1.8 – 1.9 million Christian Poles and other (non-Jewish) Poles (estimate includes civilians killed as a result of Nazi aggression and occupation but does not include the military casualties of Nazi aggression or the victims of the Soviet occupation of eastern Poland and of deportations to Central Asia and Siberia

200,000–800,000 Roma & Sinti (Gypsies)

200,000–300,000 people with disabilities

100,000 communists

10,000–25,000 homosexual men

2,500–5,000 Jehovah's Witnesses

it's spelled holocaust and the number depends on how you chose to look at it.

at least six million jews were slaughtered.

auschwitz commandant hoss confessed at nuremburg to supervising the 'destruction of 3 million jews' and added that 'a thousand years will pass before germany's guilt is expunged.' thereby giving the thousand year reich it's epitath. this means that at least that many jews lost their lives in auschwitz alone. about 3 million more were systematically killed throughout europe.

but it should be remembered that as many as 55 million worldwide perished in the insanity that was WWII.

each of these lives was lost before it should have been.

so, even though it may not be fashionable - i say that that total number of lives lost was 55 million worldwide...

At least 6 million Jews, but we also have to add in homosexuals, gypsies, the mentally and physically deformed, plus sympathizers, so it could be closer to 10 million
