Aloe Vera juice is not beneficial for high blood pressure.

A juice made from the aloe gel acts as an anti-inflammatory and can be taken internally as a remedy for certain digestive complaints such as:
Ease heartburn, ulcers, diverticular disorders, and other types of digestive upset.

All the info I have on it says nothing about lowering blood pressure. It's good for digestion and helps with getting rid of worms if you got any?
Hawthorn, Reishi mushrooms, Garlic and Dandelion are herbal drugs which help blood pressure.
All herbal drugs taste disgusting.

Do a web search on it.

I also check out webmd.com or Medco.com.

Personally, I opt for medication, a mild one for mild high blood pressure. Research on blood pressure is VERY interesting, and
very important on all organs in the body, including brain cells etc.

check it out.
