I would advise you to collect as much evidence as possible against those who are involved in discrimination. Do not show it to your colleagues and do not discuss it with them, as they might let you down. Keep it private.
You can send an email to the Citizens Advise Bureau. They were very helpful to me. Also, once your application is ready you can go there and ask them to check it.

I got an award from the ET last June, however, I still have not received it. I am enforcing it through the county court and who knows how long it is going to take to receive it.

That is why it would be great if the ET could have a power of enforcement and more power in general, so the crooks would not look for ways to get away with the payment. You can check my website www.haveyoursay.info where there is all information about my case. Best of luck!
