I am assuming the "cooling system" you mean is not your air conditioning...but the radiator, etc...
DON"T EVER use a vacuum cleaner...that was a really dumb answer...LOLOL
you need to have the radiator cap off....and run the car until it's warm...the thermostat will open, and the fluid will start to move through to cool...THEN you will need to watch and add more coolant to the rad, because remember, the air is going OUT...and leaving space for more coolant !!!..
it may take a LOT of coolant...so be prepared with enough on hand...and use a funnel, so you're not spilling all over....
keep watching..it may take a fair amount of time...but the process is what mechanics do...simple, time-consuming,,,and an easy DIY project.

If you drill a 1/8" hole in the thermostat it will allow the air in the block to bleed out as you are filling the cooling system and you won't have to wait for the thermostat to open. Check the level after the engine has been run up to temperature and cooled off just to make sure.

Not much info from you. Well, you must use another compressor to bleed out all the air in the system. Hence its a vaccuum. Then you pump in the cooling gas. Some mechanics add a few drops of oil too.
