Why is it if I take a job offered to me because I am white it is labeled an act of a racist society...?

Because in reality, nobody wants equality. Everyone wants to be treated better, or superior. Just human nature. I'm a woman, and I see all the time women who say they want to be treated like everyone else, but the second a man tells her an off color joke he just told his buddies, boom sexual harrasment in the workplace, and someone is fired, all for the sake of "Equality"

Are you totally qualified for the job? Or did you know someone who knew someone, were the people of color equally qualified for the job?

Let say you and a man of color have the exact same resume, identical in terms of education and work experience/background, the resumes are identical except for name, of course, the white person will get he job. This is fact, recently saw a documentary, the employer trashed the resume of the person of color, did not even give them an interview!!!
