Looking at your spelling, I would guess the average is about 20 to 30 points above yours.

By definition IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is average 100 regardless of age or gender. It can never be anything else because that is how the system is designed.
The tests are designed to account for different ages. So, for example, you cannot get an accurate IQ figure if you use a test desgined for an adult on a 12 year old, however bright or dim they may seem.
The tests are also designed to account for culture (not religion or stuff like that) because national experiences vary considerably; so a test for someone from Mongolia would be different from a test for a European.
Individuals may have higher or lower IQ's than their peers. A person's IQ may also vary throughout their life.

Most people would tell you 90, but that's not it. The average is the average. That is to say, a 15-year old would have an IQ of 100. A 30-year old would have an IQ of about 100 +- a few points, depending on how many times they were hit upside their head.

Usually 100-110
Measures of intelligence may be valuable — although the value is often overrated — but much harm can be done by persons who try to classify individuals strictly on the basis of such measures alone. No one should be either alarmed or discouraged if he finds that his IQ is not as high as he might have hoped. Remember that many elements besides IQ contribute to success and happiness. Also note that IQ is not a fixed quantity, but can be increased by means of education. This was demonstrated by the Milwaukee project as well as numerous other research studies.

IQ is age indepentent - the "score" is weighted based on your age. Absolute numbers peak at about the ages of 20-25 years, but younger people have less experience and older people are just a bit slower - (sorry old guys, I'm one of you, ok?). These differences are factored in to the result.

Average IQ is always 90-100. When you test for an IQ in young children, there are different tests for different age groups, but the "average" range always remains the same.

In your question for such a stupid question I would say 3!
Just kidding, it varies just like it does with adults. Your IQ doesn't go up as you get older. Everyone's IQ is tested when they are children.
