The basic question you have to ask yourself about your current job is, "Is this really what I want to do ?" You may want to change job but you don’t. If you want to make a job change, the following steps will help you:

Evaluate your current situation.
Identifying the dislikes of your current situation.
Decide what kind of career would like to do.
Decide when you are ready to change.

Believe in yourself and your skills.
Give yourself a timeframe for making the career change.
Set goals and write a career action plan.
Take the necessary training to update your skills and broaden your knowledge.
Put time and energy into you transition.
