This is from a slightly upper middle class neighborhood in Nashville, TN. I was wanting to know if the UK has houses like this? if not , what do they look like ? any pictures of neighborhoods there?

Yes - all over the place. Want to know how much they cost? In London (these houses remind me of homes in Barnes, Wimbledon, Richmond), you're talking about $2 million plus. In the Home Counties (Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, etc - you'll usually have a bit more acreage than these houses) you are probably talking about the same - $2 - $3 million. Near the south coast, depending on area, between $2 and $6 million. In the North, Midlands and Scotland, between $500k - $1.5 million.

There are a few houses like that but they're dotted around the country. It's certainly not a typical neighbourhood which would have far more smaller houses in it.
If you go to this website... http://www.ukstockimages.com/ and use the search facility to look for houses, rural images, villages etc it will give you an idea of the wide mix of house types. The cheapest houses in the UK are around $125,000 and the most expensive are about to be built in London and will sell for around $150,000,000 each (and they're only apartments). Average house price across the UK is around $400,000.
If you've got Google Earth you can 'fly' over the UK and see it for yourself. You can download it for free from here... http://earth.google.com/

Does the average Brit really care about neighbourhoods that look like that in the USA? Our survey says....
As for houses in the UK-you'll find plenty of similar properties in the countryside and in London (Notting Hill prehaps).

You'll only find houses like that on rural areas. Although there are some houses in the citys which may look like that but they will cost must more and it would be noisy.
