Hi
I guess what you are trying to say is how to connect to your work pc and WORK from your home, if its that , then you need first a remote access software to do it , like vnc or remote pc or pcanywhere , now dosent matter wish software you use , first you have to let know the networking administrator of your office to give you acces from OUTSIDE the local network , or to create you a VPN so that way you can access your office pc
