Any kind of pressure: deadlines, job interviews, emergencies, etc. Me, I stress a smidgen about deadlines when they're getting real close, but generally I keep a cool head, and if the situation warrants panic, shock, the shakes or whatever, I'll save that reaction until after the event.

You say you don't panic, congratulations! I on the other hand do. Panic is a warning sign go in every meaning full situation. Just if it freezes you and you can't continue on, there is the problem. I think everyone does.If it does happen listen and look deeper into what your going into, there might be something to panic about, or its nothing. Example for the "panic attack" is getting married (that's called cold feet). Starting a new job. If it happens on a regular basis, thats a problem and they may need help. PS no one likes to be pushed into a situation.
