I would think- a variety of food, I get so tired going and eating the same things all the time. A bar type buffet with american, italian, chinese and india foods. I like a buffet because it is fast but not really fast food. It seems like the coffee's are popular now a days.
Breakfast bar, smaller lunch bar, and then a larger buffet for dinner foods. Internet service is important, you can have lunch and check your business appointments. smaller tables available for those who want to grab lunch and work on the internet. Private dining areas for couples without children and then of course family dining areas. clean, nice atmosphere, cordial staff.
I know I wrote a lot but these are just some things I look for in a restaurant. Maybe this will just give you some ideas. Good luck in this adventure. Remember, people like to see the owner/manager on the premises. It shows that someone is overseeing what is going on and not left to a bunch of young people to do what they want. btw-a game room for younger children would be nice and also keep them entertained

a million. it would seem as if a impressive little u . s . eating position and it may well be positioned someplace non violent like a small city. 2. Rag time music 3. cubicles and 2-5 people seating. i'd actually have a privet upstairs for large activities of persons. 4. yeah yet no longer some thing too loopy like a fish bowl perhaps basically miller and bud 5. 7 days a week week days in trouble-free terms open for dinner and weekends open for 3 food 6. more often than not american grown organic and organic food and free ranged meats without chemical compounds. 7. No i trust households can delight in solid healthy food without being severe. So properly priced coordination to the right food decision with aspects and free refills. 8. large Mama's domicile cooking!

I would like to see a restaurant who would offer a small veggie platter for kids instead of fries. Offer fresh home made bread and soups. Take off the hamburgers hot dogs and mac and cheese and replace it with something equal as appetising and healthy. When I go out with my kids and I order a steak, I don't want them eating a hot dog and fries, which they always order if it is on the menu. Kids need a more healthier choices when dining out.

I have often thought of opening a salad restaurant. A place that only offers salad. Set up like subway but with every kind of salad topping you can imagine. 10 kinds of lettuce, any type of dressing you would want, feta cheese, several varieties of onions, fresh seafood, things you don't typically find on a salad bar.

i would like to see a restuarant that does one thing well, in fact fantastic,,,,,,, that is elegant and quiet,, with candles on the table,,,, then has a meal served each day,,,,,,, perhaps 4 to 5 course,,,,,,, includes wine and coffee,,, and the meal rotates each day,,,,, but only one,,,,,, one meal,,,,, is the choice,,,,,, so many places try to offer so much that the quality suffers, i think it would be unique , original, and successful,,,,, all you would need to do is post the days dinner menu at the entrance , have 5 days of the week stay the same, and select one day to rotate and have various meals

Call me simple, but I avoid theme restaurants; usually the food is mediocre, prices high and servings too large. I would rather have stelar food, good service & healthy-sized portions for an honest price.

Nutritious fast food aimed at children. Shouldn't tell you because I want to do it myself. I would serve things like brocolli and cheese cup, bag of carrots with dip, REAL chicken nuggests with breast meat only (I have a super recipe, low fat and my kids love them, they are baked). That's all, no more of my secrets. Hope I don't see your restaurant open before mine! Good Luck Though!!!

internet with anything sounds good.

as far as business model, i'd say have good prices, such as label prices is full dollars. not $*.99

as for the ORIGINAL theme, i'd think anything inspired by a movie is a winner
