I'm pretty nuts about worcestershire sauce, wasabi and mustard. Hard to pin down just one. Wholegrain mustard's awesome, 'cos the seeds pop like little bubbles between your teeth. (You may remember me from such questions as 'isn't bubble wrap awesome?'...)

Horseradish sauce for sandwiches. Ranch dressing (ok, not so fancy) for it's versatility. Maybe I miss ranch dressing just because I can't buy it in Norway........

depends on what I am eating...cold cut sandwiches gott a have mustard or mayo, burgers/dogs gotta be ketchup...prime rib gotta have horseradish

I use balsamic vinegar on some of my sandwiches, other than that , honey mustard is good.
