Kitcars in Italy, are the allowed there, can I build them when I move there, are there any clubs?

I am moving to Veneto and would like to start a bussiness building kit cars, is it allowed and are there any web sites to sustatiate this. What are the legalities involved.

yes it is allowed, fiat have been doing it for years!!!
