I will explain cache based with processor.Processor is the heart of the computer.The processor always fetches data from main memory when fetching the data the same fetched data may be needed so processor block consists of cache memory whenever any data enter processor's block the cache copies the data and stores in it.Here cache acts as the temporary memory the same concept is implemented in Internet.It saves the files of webpages and path,next cookies consists of web page informations like date and time web address,which protocol does the webpage is used that's it..

for beginners, they're just little text files that log parts of your internet activity. Cookies are proof you've been to a website (so they recognize you and dont ask your password every time)

Cache are temporarily saved pages you can view even when the connection is broken (hence you see an option in google searches "cache" to let you view saved old pages that might already be updated)
