USA. Why do you think all of the best players from around the world come to play in the NBA. Also, just because another country won the gold medal in bball doesnt mean that they are better than the US. Practically every country that plays in the Olympics train the whole year for it and have been playing together for years. The US only has like 2 months to practice and the best players dont even play in the Olyimpics because they dont want to risk injury and they want to be with their families. However there was a time when all of the best players from the US played and that was the Dream Team and they won it all.

If you mean country then Spain, because they are the defending champs of FIBA world championship. USA has to prove that they can beat others to be the best, talent wise nba is the best.

depends. if you are still young untill 15 you should play in europe because here in Europ we train very hard. if you see that you are good and can do something with your baskeball career i prefer you go to USA when you arer 16 and older.
