I want to contact someone responsible for msn messenger because i cant play games over it....?

...how can i contact someone? prefrebally by email or something...

On windows live messenger click Actions (it's near the top) then click 'Request Remote Assistance' As this is a Yahoo site nit an MSN site that's the best I can do!
