I always like to give some sort of books to kids this age--coloring books, paint with water, activity books with dot-to-dots and mazes in them, and books from their favorite movies like Cars or Happy Feet. It keeps them busy and quiet, so it's a hit with parents AND kids!

It depends on the parents...I would get something like lip gloss and mayb fake nails and a card with 5 dollars in it...kids at that age know what money is and they will think that they are rich with $5...and pretty with the nails and lip gloss.

I just take a box and fill it with crayons(usually the box of 64), coloring books, drawing and construction paper, blunt scissors, maybe a couple of easy reader paperbacks. Keeps them busy for days. :-)

some headbands and clips(in a set) would be nice, accessories too, or if she can use a computer u can give her a really nice computer game that she would like, or a kids movie.
