Tried to lick and stick a self seal envelope once, took me about a minute to work out what was wrong, then cut my lip with it.

Yes, it gave me paper cuts on my fingers AND cut my tongue when I licked it to close it. If they can do sticky stamps, they ought to be able to do sticky envelopes (or maybe they do, & I'm a glutton for punishment!!!).

Yep. Piggin plastic coated envelope took me 10 minutes to open... stupid Ll*y*s T*B.

my cat got stuck to an envelope and tried to get her paw unstuck by stamping on it with her other front paw and then getting that paw stuck to it. i had to fight the envelope off her. if she had half a brain she would be lopsided.

Yes,Trying to open them is a nightmare,I always end up with a paper cut..

I fight with them regularly. They just don't seem to understand that I want to open them without using a paperknife ('cause I don't have one). They really are so unreasonable.
