I always curl up with a hot water bottle (not too hot), and drink either peppermint or ginger tea. The ginger works better for me if the pain is accompanied by nausea, and peppermint good for just settling the stomach. I always find it odd that the cramps aren't actually in your stomach (obviously!) yet it seems to be perfectly possible to treat it the same way as a painful stomach. I guess the tea just goes into your system and does the business.

I read it somewhere. Feel a plastic bag (it should be of good quality) with semi hot water. Lye down on the ground and place the warm bag on your tummy. It will give you the relief. Take a bath with the hot water. Before going to bed massage with oil.
