Going in, getting an application, filling it out, then turning it back in would be a great start.
They would never higher me though. The last time I applied (after seeing an ad that they needed ppl) they said that they had hired enough employees. Yet a friend of mine applied a week after I did, hired him on the spot, and asked if he knew anybody else that needed a job. I was more qualified them him too. *sigh* Stupid wal mart

Apply for it. The Wal-Mart's here have a "kiosk" that you use to fill out an application located near the customer service desk or go online and search for openings and apply through their website. Here's a link:

THe first thing you have to do is go there and apply for a job. That is the way it is usually done. Personally, I think you should set your goals a bit higher. You really can't make a living at Walmart.
