It's either plastic or pleather ,plastic is for children's toys and pleather shouldn't have been invented. It ties all the way down the front and partly down he back and is VERY short, meaning it shows too much skin and boob-age. You're going to look like a prostitute, but I don't know, maybe that's the look you were going for.

if it's too short only perverts will be looking at you!what do you think of it?ok i looked and yea it's a pervert looking dress!only guys that are addicted to sex will look at you if you want a nice guy go to a nice bar and look around but not in that dress!?!
