I'm sure their charges are going to vary based on the number square feet or rooms just like carpet cleaners do.
If there is standing water still which needs pumped out then it will probably also depend on the time and number of pumps required.

Can't say how much they charge, but one of my customers had a water heater tank crack and flood her basement and the household insurance took care of everything. It paid for the replacement of the carpet, foam padding, drywall, (cause this stuff wicks something fierce, and all the labor for the repairs and drying out the basement. Servpro took care of all the details, dealt with the insurance company and the whole nine yards. The only thing my customer was responsible for was replacing the water heater. I'd recommend them for water damage cleanup anytime.
