Yes, you should cleanse, tone, and moisturize morning and night.
You want to cleanse your face in the evening to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities. You would also be amazed at the impurities that are on your face in the morning, even when you cleanse at night. Try this and you will see the dirt. As soon as you wake up in the morning, apply your toner to a cotton ball and wipe over your face. Now look at the cotton ball. Can you see the dirt?

Try the following morning and night:
1.Exfoliant – use 2-3 times per week. (Do this step at night)
2.Clean face with a Facial Cleanser and warm water.
3.Rub entire face with ice cube or splash cold water onto face. This step helps to minimize pores.
4.Toner. Witch Hazel works great. (Use 100% cotton balls, not the cheap puffs which can scratch your face)
5.Moisturizer. Shea Butter Crème works well and leaves your skin soft but not greasy.
6. Sunscreen. (Morning)

Yes if you have the time. I think as we get on the important thing to remember is to get off all the make up we wear during the day and the grime we gather from the environment. For me the evening/ nights are more convienent. Cleansing takes off the day. while the tonning ensures you even out your complexison. As we get on the moistorising become very important. This has to be done morn and night. I find it astonishing how much my skin can actually absorb now. even if you skip tonning for night only, its good to cleanse and moistorise morn and night. Remeber to let your tonning set for some 5 mins before you moistorise. The time you take to dress up will be enough. In the morning you need to leave some time between the moistorisation and your foundation. otherwise, you will not reap the full benefit of your efforts.

Careful to avoid the eye area with the toner. Some people actually splash their face with water afterwards. I think its better to reduce heavy cleansing and tonning to 3 times a week.

There are some anti aging products out there. The Mary Kay Cleansing bar is wonderful. It actually removes the grime. Clinique has a good range of moistorisers. However, I would advice you to find a product that works for you. Know your skin type. This should be the first step.

Women are aging beautifully all around us and I think this is because we are more aware of our bodies and what is good for us. We work from within, the right food (Oxidants) lots of water etc. There are truely great products out there that do some of the things they claim.

In the morning I use the Olay wipes for speed and this does the whole job cleanse and tones and I put my moisturiser on before make up - this also helps for speed. At the evening I use the products from Number Seven - cleanser toner and again moisturisr and then sleep. I have been doing this for over seven years now and it has helped slow down the aging process somewhat. People are always commenting on my complexion by the way I am 55years of age. So long may it continue! Please start is does help and you will soon see the difference, maybe within the first month and your skin will benefit from this procedure....trust me.

It depends on the type of skin and the product you're using. If you're dry, you should use gentle cleanser twice a day, a toner and moisturize twice a day. If you're more normal, moisturizing once a day is probably enough, over moisturizing can clog pores and create breakouts. Though winter can be drying, so perhaps twice a day now. If you're normal to oily, use a gentle cleanser, tone and use an oil free moisturizer in the T-Zone (forehead and nose), and a good regular moisturizer elsewhere across the face if the complexion there isn't oily. Soap-free Cleansers are best, avoid Toners with a lot of alcohol, and look for a moisturizer with SPF/SBF protection. If you can afford it, look for a lighter spray style Day Cream for mornings and a heavier Night Cream.

You should do this morning and night, but u should use a night cream at night and light moisturiser in the morning.

the night cream is a heavier moisturiser which re-hydrates your skin while u sleep as this is when the skin renews itself

the lighter moisturiser during the day will fell light on ur skin and won't give u that greasy feeling that some heavy ones do, and will be best if u wear make up

some skin experts advise to use a heavier moisturiser in the winter then change to a lighter on once the better weather comes in

It depends. You shouldn't do to much before going to work. My wife does that. If going out at night, don't go makeup crazy. It'll make you look like a Malibu Stacy barbie doll.
If you must start carry a mirror and pocket in your pocketbook. Use the powder. Carry some lipstick too. No nail polish.

i cleanse, tone and moisturise each morning, at night i use clearasil facial wash, then when face is dry, a thick night cream, dont forget the neck area, it ages quicker than the face.

You should do it twice a day first thing in morning in preperation from taking away dead skin from your sleep in the night and preparation prior putting make up on. At night to take make up off and let your skin breath.
I always use Nivia products on my skin and I am 47 no wrinkles, good skin.
My advise NEVER be a skin flint on your skin always use good products and remove make up properly our skin has to last us our lifetime.
