First thing I'd look for is an island for sale so I could establish MY OWN TOWN and RULES for living!
Secondly, in USA, I would construct housing for the poor, allowing those who qualify to live there rent free for one year to get on their feet financially, physically, and emotionally.
As each person or family gets more solvent, then a new family moves in and the old one goes off into America to live that elusive "American dream.'
Me. I don't need anything materially, only emotionally and spiritually---and money can't help you in those arenas. Money is just energy. Where you put your energy is what increases!!I'd invest in my fellow Americans!

I would buy the politicians. All of them. They're all for sale, and once you own the politicians, you can move mountains on a whim at the expense of national budgets. Once I owned them all, I would put them all on a spaceship and send them to the moon, without enough fuel for a return flight.

:-p

I would buy a huge log cabin in the Smoky Mountains with lots of windows high up on one of the tallest mountains there. It is one of the prettiest places in the USA.

Are you asking as if you could get anything you want without money? Well, I don't really want anything materialistic. Nothing for me. I would just buy a good gift for the one I love for Valentine's day :)
