I don't think there is a market for used worn out tires. When you get new tires put on, the place where you bought the new tires charge you $ 2 a piece for recyclying fee for the old tires.

If they are worn but not worn out, put them in the front yard with a price sign. If someone comes along and steals them at least you won't have to pay to have them dumped at a recycle site.
