Yes, you're spelling 'quirk' correctly. As to your previous question...OH MY GOSH! YES! I have little "glitches," as my husband likes to call them. When I'm around one of my friends I tend to bite my lip. When I'm around certain out-laws (in-laws) I tend to bite my lip, look up as far as I can w/o moving my head and, if I get really anxious around them, I count to 25 in 5's and blow on my fingers or lips.
I eat my cheese puffs in a pattern starting from sticking an entire cheese puff in between my left cheek and gum. Chew it, then do the same on my right. Chew it, then stick one across my front teeth and chew it w/ my front teeth. Finally, I will just pop one in the middle of my mouth and suck on it until it either becomes mush or basically disentigrates...gross, I know.
W/ my chicken nuggets, I pick out all the ones that are as close to perfectly round as possible and put them in a pile. I line up my sauces...these are Mc'D's nuggets, by the way, in the order of BBQ, S&S, then Hot Mustard. I take a tiny bite out of the nugget, then dip in BBQ and take a tiny bite, dip it in S&S, bite, dip in H.M, bite, then I dip it in all 3 to get all 3 flavors on this same nugget, bite then finally, finish the one nugget. Then, I repeat this process until all nuggets are either gone, or I'm full.
When I shave my legs, I HAVE to start w/ my right leg. Not b/c I'm right-handed, but b/c I have a whole separate thing about the right side that I won't even get into. Also, when I take a shower, the toilet lid MUST be DOWN. I cannot stress that enough in my house. I can't touch the shower walls or the shower curtain w/ any part of my body after I've cleaned it unless I re-rinse that part of my body. I HAVE to have a towel or cloth mat to step on when I get out of the shower.
I CANNOT walk around my house in my socks. I have to have shoes, houseshoes or be barefoot. Also, I will NOT walk outside w/ my just my socks. I will either have to take them off or put on shoes. I will NOT and CANNOT walk on concrete barefoot, especially if it is wet, and I can't stand the feel of sand on my feet. I can, however, walk on pavement and grass, even if it is wet.
There are also certain fabrics I don't touch, not b/c I'm allergic to the material, but b/c I can't stand the feel of it.
I have several other "quirks," but I'm tired of listing them all.

Duct Tape. I even have an absolute love for it. as quickly as I cook dinner I would desire to get each little thing out in a undeniable order. LIke as quickly as I cook dinner pasta, first pot with water and pasta. A fork comes next. on a similar time as the noodles are cooking I pull down a bowl and the collinder. The bowl should be set interior the collinder till i want the collinder. I then get out something i elect to positioned on the noodles, like sause or butter, et cetera. whilst the noodles are executed cooking the bowl and collinder are seperated. The noodels are drained. the warm pot is desperate on the decrease back left burner to relax, and that i then upload all of my toppings.

but as far as I am concerned my 'quirkiness' is the best bit about me :-)
I'd hate to be a 'sheep' of society. I like my individuality, it makes me special and tough luck to those that don't 'get it'!
