fobeas are all mind made. control your mind and learn to relax. this will give you better control over your fears. dont conqure your demonds all at once but take it step by step.

Don't. Fobea's are an implanted self preservation mechanism. We have them to protect us from harm. Keep all you have and they will protect you. Why would I want to get rid of my fear of the dark when i keep steping in dog doo doo in the middle of the night. :)

there are number of phobia viz hydrophobia, acrophobia and many more connected with motion, crowd, stage, solitude etc i do not know names of each of them...
hydrophobia is also a symptom of rabbis that infects after a dog-bite. for that you have to go for treatment for rabbis and not the phobia...
i think other phobea are also symptoms of some connected physical or mental mishap that might have occurred with the patient...
acrophobia is a fear which you feel while you look downwards at the ground level from a high-rise building... this is associated with most of us and is harmless...
however some of the phobia should be attended to... like fear in crowd, stammering, stage fear etc...
let some psychology expert comment please... we look forward for that...

ther are scientific methods to overcome called as psychotherapy
in this there are specific techniques like CBT WICH WILL GIVE YOU ACCURATE RESULTS

Phobia's just like any other fear, you just gotta face them and stick it to the man. It's wired in our systems, so that's why we're frightened, but if we don't do something about them, we'd be living in fear for the rest of our lives.
