Well after spending some time sending resumes and getting no response, I decided to rewrite my resume in order to get more attention. below after my details

graduated from university in february 2007 (CGPA should be lower than 3.0)

got 2 months working part time in a boutique, nothing significant happened, only remember the boutique hit sales target during my tenure there.

university activities is I involved in orientation week as head of clean and clear organizing committee. As program coordinator in a night for a program that selects Mr.university and Miss university.

The problem I have is I don't have the certificate for participation for my school activities, only got a trophy for both events only. Another thing is due to personal problem I fail my final year and I repeat my final year and only managed to finish it recently.

lastly is my academic transcript is not complete and I had to reprint it( I had to wait 2 weeks) and the company that I wish to apply has required me to submit detailed transcripts and the deadline that do not allow me to get the transcript in place. So how, should I send only after I got the transcripts and what type of resume should i write(chronological or functional or both)

The trick to resumes isn't so much what you have done, its how you say it. There are many services that will help you write you resume for little to no charge. I would look at your local library, call employment agencies, and even local colleges and see if they offer this type of help.

As for not having proof of your different activities, in my experience I have never had to show proof. If all else fails you could either have your future employer call the school you attended to prove your experience, or call them yourself and see if they can send you something in writing.

As for the failure, since you were willing to go back and finish, some employers may actualy find that to your advantage. It proves that you do not give up, and don't let obstacles get in your way. Some may have a problem with it, but if you find a job you are meant to have, it will all work out.
