Please leave out big city like Bombay or even Goa (because i am planning for rainy March) My guest list is 200 pax. i would like good accomodation, good food, good natural surroundings and preferably an auditorium or coference hall. pls help if u been to or heard of any such place.

Tried Hyderabad?
Pragati Resorts, Alankrita and Country Club are the best around here. Plus they cost much less than their counterparts in Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore

Try Mahabaleswer or Khandala near Pune. Panchgani is also nice. These are hill town.
Mysoor near Bangalore is cool. It is at the foot hills of Ooty(Nilgiris).
Mangalore has good beaches.
