Send it to the BBC, ITV,Channel 4 and other TV companies (be prepared for people to turn you down, you have to just keep trying). You have lots of online ways to showcase your scripts via blogs, youtube, yahoo etc (with appropriate copyright notices) and get a reaction to what you've written.

You could probably go with it to BBC, if I were you I'd take all the information you have (all the scripts ideas etc.) go to a responsible addult, let them have a read through it (a cool teacher at school would do) and then send it of to the BBC department responsible for comedy.
Just so you know Ricky Gervais (The Office, Extras) did exactly that.
I wish you good luck!

If your script is any good they wouldn't use it as it would only embarrass the current 'comedy' writers.
Current comedy is awful, totally reliant on bad taste.
Whatever happened to wit and invention? Thank heaven for Classic Comedy on Radio 7.
If it is good stuff you write, I wish you well.
