If i was joking i will say open the case and put your hand on it to test the heat , BUT not , IF your systemboard is update and new , then reboot and enter the bios , there it should be a field saying the temp of the cpu , fan and other bits of info

It depends on whether or not your motherboard has sensors for this or not. Most new ones do. Therefore, you should be able to check in the BIOS. Or, if you would prefer to check while in the OS without the need to reboot, you could try some software such as:

Hi! Go to C-mos setting. Processor settings. How to go there? once you tern on your pc just press DEL continues, then thats it look for advance settings.
