You have that right to express yourself without fear? That is what freedom here is for, we need to air our differences in order to find a common denominator don't we? If I don't like something because it is detrimental to my health than I will say so with the Free Speech act and proud of it too! I find most white upper middle class people to be too liberal and they dote on this bigotry thing and being an American Native I feel I have every right in the world here and then some considering some of the answers I have gotten, from ignorant people with their foot in their mouths! But the point is why not air our thoughts and differences and why should we be welcome mats for everyone like we are suppose to bend over for all these punks that want to destroy us?

I think the white people need not feel pity for anyone anymore, for they are being tricked? You don't hear me crying and whining about what they did to my tribes? We move on. But I think that it is a shared guilt thing with some or they want to look good in front of their Yuppie friends and be so Liberal because they have the money and their cushy little jobs and they look down on people who they think are suffering and then they feel like a hero/heroine when they give their pity and their money? Don't you? Ivory towers collapse too! We don't want your pity or your advice, we want our Freedom!

Magime, there are people of my race who think like you do too.
I react the same - I shake my head and wonder what is the psychological term when the victim insist the oppressor is right and has the right to discriminate on others of his group/race because he approves of it.

That outlook, my friend, is why the indigenous lost their possessions and their freedom in the first place.

There were Jews in the death camps who willingly assisted in the genocide too.
It is heart breaking when you have to fight the ones who start it as well as your own.

There is no one absolute truth. All you can get is facts filtered through a persons experience. There is a certain conceit in the notion that you have the right to express yourself without the responsibility of the flak you receive when the other person also uses that right to vehemently disagree. You may find white middle class people too liberal, and no one needs to change your mind, but no white middle-class person or liberal needs to accept your ranting as gospel either. If you air your thoughts without vitriol and simply want an exchange of ideas as you claim then use language that expresses that and you get a completely different group of answerers than the fanatics with their name calling and simple repetition of what they heard on Rush this morning. You get what you give out, and if you don't like it change it.

Because some people think that if they scream bigotry about something they will get their way. I respect the Native Americans. We did a terrible injustice to you hundreds of years ago. It would be nice if people looked at things logically instead of how they want to see things.
However, it seems if you say something they disagree with they report you and for what? Giving your opinion.

I for one DO voice my opinion. NOT because it is a *law* in the Constitution, but because that is the way I am. Law or no law I will say what is on my mind in a heartbeat. Now HOW you say something is different. A person can voice their opinion and get their point across IF the person is intelligent enough to understand what you are saying.

THE TRUTH. The people don't want truth, they want happy faces. Truth hurts, and if it is the TRUTH it is not wrong, contrary to popular liberal thinking, AND THAT IS THE TRUTH.

I'm back, and the second problem is that those that want race and color and Religion not to be a factor are always the ones to bring it up. Don't bring it up it is irrelevant in any situation unless your talking about TAN LINES and FOOD.
