Should I wait or start looking for another company from now ?

I applied for Job in a good company and I did an interview with them last week. After 4 days I called them back. they told me that the manager did not ask yet. So, wait and let's see by the end of this week. The problem is I don't want to look for other companies and spend money that I might need it if they called me and started with them. Also, I don't feel comfortable for looking other companies because the company I applied in is a very good one.
The other thing is that, my friends think I'm spending my time or I'm lazy that also makes some pressure on me.

Hint: A friend of mine who had applied in the same company before me has been recruited, they called him like after 10 days.

i would suggest that you wait at least two weeks before looking elsewhere, especially since from your question, you hinted that this may be the company's way of operating. You don't need to feel that all is lost. There may a be a legitimate reason why they have not contacted you as yet. Many times it's because of internal paperwork that must be completed prior to a job offer, I know you are anxious but try to relax and try not to worry unnecessarily since job hunting is already a stressful time for most persons. I would like to suggest however that you do not build your hopes up too high since there may have been other 'more suitable' applicants and until you are given the job it could be anybody's. But I certainly wish you all success in getting this job.

If you start hassling them they will think twice about taking you on, give it one more week then move on

Listen! there is no harm is giving more interviews....if they want u they will call u...just becoz u gave one interview does not mean u got the job!
Also , please oh please NEVER call them again, it will show ur needy.
