You're a lateral thinker - it's a great idea to attach a photo and it's good photo.
I'm sure an expert will answer and tell you the species, but I'll do my best. The back two are clearly conifers as I'm sure you know, they are looking very healthy and the colour is great to set off the shrub in front, I did know the name but I've forgotten! The little ones in the foreground look like a variety of grasses. Sorry, I'm sure this is obvious to you!!
Main point is that all look very healthy, which mean s the site is right for them. They're all hardy and will continue to thrive as long as they receive enough light and water. Applying a good general fertiliser (even just "Growmore") in the Spring will give them a boost.
Planting something in the empty part of the border in the front would be good - how about a few primroses, say bright yellow and blue, and some miniture daffodils that will come out every year?
Hope this was of some help!

Great picture! The tall stately shrubs are conifers, but I'd need a closer picture of leaves to identify. The bright green shrubs look like laurel, the cluster in front are daylilies, and the small shrub is a dwarf youpon. Planning to copy? Make sure you're are planting with the same sun exposure and leave enough room. Other than the dwarf youpon, the shrubs will grow rather large. Good luck!

The low bright green shrubs in the middle look like Mexican Orange Blossom (Choisya) if you break a leaf and you get a strong musty smell and it has white highly scented flowers in with an orange stamen in the summer months then that will identify it....not sure about the others apart from the conifer which is a blue something!!

The grassy ones in front ar Daylilies. Most likely 'Stella D'Oro'. The blue conifers look like Junipers to me. The leafy shrubs I can't tell because the picture is not close enough to the leaf for me. Do they bloom? It could be Clethra.

The pointy one at the back on the right looks horribly like a cedrus leylandii - the 'hedging' conifer that grows to 60 ft! If so you need to dig it out before you lose that nice view of the church!
