New boss has excluded me from what would typically be my duties. I am not included in meetings or changes to products that I typically manage. I am a 50 year old female and fear that I am going to be let go. I have been with the company for more than 6 years with excellent performance reviews.

Request a meeting with your manager and discuss the way you feel by being open and honest. If you are not doing things as he/she expects then as a manager it is there job to let you know and try to support you. If you do not know then how can you improve. Take your job description along to your meeting if it is specific and you can clearly point out what you should be doing.

Ask if there is anything you could do better.

Ask if your boss if you should take minutes for him/her at the meeting so you have a formal record to protect you in the future.

You need to angle things so that you appear concerned that your boss doing more work than they should be and that you want to offer support.

Good luck

This is very unfortunate. I feel your pain. However, request a meeting with your boss to discuss the present situation. You should not just sit back and accept this treatment. Please note that it may be possible that you are being sidelined deliberately however you need to hear this from the "horse's mouth" so that you can take any action that may be necessary, possibly legal action.

Carry on as normal, but go and get some advice without letting anybody else know about what you are doing, never approach them until you get some advice, start keeping records of what is happening, a must..try an employment solicitor or a works tribunal service, stay calm see what they decide, then make your decision

Ask for a meeting with all staff & manager, discuss the way you are feeling & why they exclude you from meetings etc. If they know how you feel it may change their attitude.
