Not really.
Sexiness really cannot be defined only by long hair short hair only or by blondness. I know so many girls with long blond hair but their are not sexy at all. There are certainly more profound and deep aspects to define the real and true sexiness from girls. It is only people shallow judgment and typical notion that girl with long hair is sexy.

I have very long hair, past my waist, and I love it. I also get a lot of compliments on it. So yes, I do.
