1. how do i overcome my mental sexual pre-occupation ?

2. pease emphasize an explaination below:

why is mental sexual intercourse to a girl whom i not married yet is condisered as a sin in Islam?

Okay, to keep it short.

Your young, you've got feelings. You ain't the first person to go through this you won't be the last. Humans crave what they cannot have. So as Muslims-no sex before marriage. What happens in the brain? You think about what you can't do and want it more. My suggestion? If your thinking of a certain girl and marriage is an option, go for it (as long as you both feel the same).

Secondly, if you were to speak to any decent Imam he would suggest you fast for a while-you know to reduce the amount of times your brian wonders over to sex. If you can, I'd say its worth a try. Fasting not only purifies your body (by lack of food going in of course) but it zaps ya energy so maybe you will be too tired to think of anything...

Your only human as long as you remember that and keep within Islamic rules you'll be fine.

Because all religions starting from Islam are conservative and self-restricting. They are full of dogmas that limit your mind and free thinking. They are manly creations to control large numbers of outlaws and bad people with the threat and fear of god. Suppose there were no religions, if most of the people did not believe that a second world (heaven & hell) existed we'd be massacred on streets just for fun..So don't take religions into serious that much, you decide what is wrong or right with your own logic and judgments. Morality is what we need
This question you ask here is just an example of how meaningless rules there are in religions. Ask it to yourself, could that really be a sin?

I do not know how young you are. But anyway, you are a healthy normal youth if you have that feeling. It is also healthy to have a sex relation before marriage, as long as both part are agree. It is a natural biology need. But it is better to ask the expert for the save sex relation, a doctor or sexology ( for avoiding having a child and for avoiding any sickness).

Islam is very strict . We all have thoughts that are strange.
Call upon Jesus . Ask Him to enter your life. You can do that privately. He will meet you in your heart. He is real . The Holy Spirit is real . He will help you with your thought life.
