These are the things u should try out inorder it to work
1. Reboot the pc and see if the same message is getting displayed. if yes then step 2
2. (a) Go to your My computer icon on your desktop and right click , then click on properties. when that new window opens up , clck on the tab called hardware and then click on the button DEVICE MANAGER
(b) There you will see an entry called "sound , video and game controllers", click on the '+' sign adjacent to it and ther u will find ur list of audio drivers, most of the time it would be called 'Realttek ac 97audio " , otherwise it will be in the name of ur device driver name (eg, creative, boss etc ) , after u find that driver out , right click on that driver name and click uninstall option .
(C) After the uninstall is done , under the menu (ie: under file, edit, view help etc, ) u can see an icon of a computer with a magnifying glasses, click on that once. After you click on that you would get a message after a few seconds in ur taskbar (where ur time and date is displayed) , that ur " hardware is installed and now ready to use".
(D) You are done, now play the audio and chekc hte playback , 90 percent it should work , if it still doesnt go to step 3.
3. Get a media player called VLC PLAYER ( its is a free software, and can play almost anything available on the internet), it that still doesnt work out go to step 4.
4. Now there could be only 2 reasons, if its a laptop, ur internal cables of the speakers might be lose, if its a desktop the chances are that the ext speakers are shorted. If all this is not there, it could be virus meddeling with ur system too .
Hope i helped you.. :)

I certainly have had a similar subject, the least confusing answer i'd desire to locate replace into conserving the usb flash rigidity related to my computing gadget, later I found out if I at as quickly as replica the songs from the usb flash rigidity to a folder on my computing gadget then used the hot data with iTunes it worked very nicely. yet differently would desire to be, assuming you have a on the spot router, would be to make your laptop available via your community. with your community open you would be able to desire to replica the data out of your laptop onto your computing device. It takes somewhat fooling around, besides the undeniable fact that it is not confusing.
