I would say nokia for the features i have a nokia n73 which is feature rich it has a superb camera thats better than some stand alone digital cameras. I can also access the internet in fact i'm using my phone to answer this question. Then you have the Sony Ericsson which are dedeacted music phones. And Motorola Razr phones are very stylish i have the v3x which like the n73 is a 3g phone.

I would say XOLO Black 1X is the top phone now. It has latest android version with best supporting hardware. Some of the advanced features are:
