Two things: Change your cleasning routine and your makeup (if you wear any)

1. Exfoliate, exfolitate exfoliate. Why not do a search on dry or dull skin at www.dermadoctor. com? That website is full of valuable information for proper skincare, and they also sell a number of quality skincare products. I've ordered from that website for the past four or five years and am very pleased with the products they recommend. You might want to look for a cleanser that containes glycolic acid, or even check out one of the home "microdermabrasion" kits.

2. Consider using a new makeup that will put radiance back into your skin. I can think of none better than Dermacia. (www.dermaciatv.com) That is absolutely the best makeup I've ever used, and I'll never go back to anything else. They also have a skincare line that may be helpful for you, but I'm not sure whether it contains glycolic acid or something equally exfoliating or not. I've only tried their foundations.....and they re WONDERFUL.

All the best -

You could have dull skin for many reasons. I used to have awful skin, and now it's great. I no longer drink soda (my skin cleared up totally within a week). I now take a multivitamin every day, plus B-Complex, and Vitamin E. I drink lots of water, get daily exercise (improves blood flow), massage my skin with some sort of gentle scrub once per week (sugar or baking soda work fine). I wear sunscreen every day, and put on moisturizer when my skin's still damp after a shower. Sounds like a lot, but it's really pretty simple. Good luck!
